Jeff Morrison arrived in the Champaign-Urbana area in 2000 to attend the University of Illinois, having been born to a military family in Germany and raised in Dixon, Illinois. Jeff joined the U.S. Army in 2005 and quickly found his place while stationed as a paratrooper in the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division in Anchorage, Alaska, where he deployed on a 15-month combat tour to the Middle East. This, along with earning his Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout rank in 1999, gives him a certain determination and can-do attitude that isn’t easy to find today. Jeff shifted to an even tougher role as a stay-at-home dad for nine years while his wife, Carle physician Dr. Dana Morrison, completed her medical degree and residency – soaking up as much time with his kids as he could. In 2015, he and his family made their way back to Champaign County, where it all began. Jeff has now found a passion in area real estate as a homeowner, Realtor, and personal buyer of investment properties.
