Davonne is a lifelong resident of the Champaign-Urbana area. Prior to real estate, she had 20 years of experience at the local newspaper in Advertising and Marketing. Her real estate license was obtained in 2005 and is part of a longstanding real estate office, Taylor Realty Associates. Davonne has furthered her education by earning the GRI, ABR, and SRS designations. She is an ELP (endorsed local provider) with the Ramsey Solutions and was also awarded the 2019 Affiliate Choice Realtor of the Year from the Champaign County Association of Realtors. Providing excellent customer service to the client is a special passion. She is experienced in all price ranges to assist both buyers and sellers. She enjoys working with first-time home buyers, new construction & estate situations. Davonne is a CDRE (Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert) with The Ilumni Institute trained to be a neutral third party and work with couples and the family law community. Only 1% of all real estate agents in the country hold this certification. 

Currently, she resides in Champaign with her husband, Eric Porter, who is also a real estate broker. They have two grown children and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time Davonne enjoys traveling, loving on her two grandsons, working out at the YMCA, church fellowship, reading, and spending time at the family cabin in Wisconsin.
